The Observation of Treating of Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia with Propafenone

Abstract

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of treating paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia with propafenone.Methods Choosed 40 cases of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia 2011 to treat with propafenone injected to convert after for sinus rhythmand intravenous,and then intravenous injected propafenone.Observed clinical effect and cardioerter time.Results There were 36 cases effected,4 cases invalid,the total effect rate was 90.0%.after40 min effect to 9 cases(25.0%),after 40 to 60 min effect to 20 cases(55.6%),after60 min effect to 7 cases(19.4%).Adverse drug reactions happen 6 cases(15.0%),main show is:nausea and vomiting dizziness hypotension sinus bradycardia QTc extend.Conclusion Propafenone in the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia with ideal heartbeat,worthy of promotion and application of.
