Abstract

The symbolism which rooted from the west world has deeply influented the writing way of Caoyu's drama The champaign ,though it's chief character is realism.The difference in nature between symbolism and realism don't mean they can't exist in the same works,essentially,the two display obviousclose and harmonious character.
