Abstract

The traditional Chinese Confucian culture has important influence on Japan and Korea, thereby forming “the Circle of Confucian Culture” with China being the centre. Both Korea and Japan have inherited and developed the Confucian culture in the process of their modernization. The mode of authority management in Korean and Japanese modern corporation was formed by developing the useful and discarding the useless of the traditional Chinese Confucian culture and interlinking the Western culture. The traditional Chinese Confucian culture has played an important role in the rising of the two countries’ modernization and will continue to exert influence. In the face of challenge of globalization, the native culture in East Asia must be protected.
