Japan is a poineer in circular economy,having a complete law system and a high rate of recycling.Japan's development of circular economy meets the requirements of its resource limits,fast growth and sustainable development,and it has been considerably successful in the practice.Now that China has fully recognized the importance of circular economy,Japan's experiences may have valuable implications for China.
