Abstract

In order to implement the remainder auto-detection of large and complex electric equipment in the satellite,a four-channel data acquisition card is designed based on EZ-USB FX2 and the CPLD in the paper.It realizes the function of the synchronous data acquisition and transmission.The system includes data collection,data caching,data control and transmission,respectively using A/D conversion device AD7892 with 12-bit,500 k sampling rate,16k×18bit FIFO CY7C4265,EPM7064 and USB chip CY7C68013.This paper focuses on hardware and software design about the data acquisition system,including the USB firmware,CLPD control program and the host user program.Experimental results show that the stable data transmission speed of the system is 15.4MB/s,which ensure the stability and validity.
