Endo venous laser treatment for lower extremity varicose veins:a report of 35 cases

Objective:to study the efficacy of endovenouser laser treatment (EVLT) on lower extremity varicose veins.Meth-ods:35 cases with lower extremity varicose veins were treated by EVLT under venous anesthesia as well as local block anesthesia,followed up by 3～16 months.Results:In all cases,varicose vein were disappeared,he symptoms of swelling and acratia in lower extremity were proved,with a short average hospital stay of 4.2 days.Conclusion:EVLT is a simply operated,mini-invasive,and effective in varicose veins of lower extremity treatment.
