Abstract
Objective To investigate postoperative survival situation and influence factors of patients with stage Ⅲ-N2 non-small cell lung Cancer(NSCLC).Methods The postoperative survival situation and the correlation among survival time and gender, age, pathologic type,T stage,N2 lymph nodes metastasis, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, stump residual and primary location of 115 patients were reviewed and analyzed to find the main influence factors of postoperative survival. Results Postoperative 3-year survival rate was 31.2%,and median survival time was 29.0 months. The significant factors were pathologic type,T stage,N2 lymph nodes metastasis, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and stump residual in monovariate analysis. However only N2 lymph nodes metastasis and chemotherapy were significant factors in multivariate analysis. Conclusion Postoperative Ⅲ-N2 NSCLC long-term survival rate was low,and the main influence factors of survival time were N2 lymph nodes metastasis and chemotherapy.
