Abstract
Based on the antagonistic experiment between Trichoderma spp.and Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium oxysporum, the pathogens that cause turfgrass diseases in Dalian golf courses shows that T.harzianum 1,T.harzianum 2,T.hamatum,T.citrinoviride exhibited good inhibition effect against the two soil-borne pathogens, they are of potential biocontrol agents of the pathogens.Among the tested Trichoderma isolates,T.atroviride shows the antagonistic effect against R.solani, however,it was found to be contributive to the growth of F.oxysporum.
