Abstract

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of quercetin kaempferol,apigen,isorhamnetin in Microctis Folium. Method: Waters XbridgeTMC18( 4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm) was used with a step gradient of methanol-0. 4% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min- 1. The detection wavelength was set at 367 nm,and the column temperature was at 35 ℃. Result: Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of quercetin kaempferol,apigen,isorhamnetin were kept in the range of 14. 58-72. 90,63. 76-318. 8,32. 92-164. 6,79. 68-398. 4 ng. The average recovery of quercetin,kaempferol,apigen,isorhamnetin was 98. 90%,97. 62%,97. 93%,97. 79%. Conclusion: This method is simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of Microctis Folium.
