Abstract

Agricultural and rural economic development is at a critical period of transition which have a profound impact on the party members and cadres' ideology,values,behavior and other aspects,so new situation,new problems,new contradictions and new challenges appears.It makes analysis on basic principles,important contents of honest education for rural Party members and cadres.Based on the related theory and current situation,combined with the demand of social development,it also put forward the ways and methods on how to further strengthen and improve the work.
