Abstract
Objective To investigate Chai Qin Cheng Qi decoction(CQCQD)on serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)levels and pancreas pathological changes in acute necrotizing pancreatitis(ANP)mice.Methods Thirty mice were randomized into control group ANP group and CQCQD group with 10rats in each group.L-arginine was administered intraperitoneally twice at doses of 4g/kg at intervals of 1hour to induce the ANP of rats.All the rats in the CQCQD group were administrated the CQCQD at doses of 0.1ml/10g at intervals of 2hours.The levels of serum IL6,IL-10at the first 6hours and the pathological changes of pancreas were observed.Results The levels of IL-6in the ANP group(1589.63±377.28pg/ml)was higher than that in the control group(927.46±210.42pg/ml)and CQCQD group(1107.73±351.62pg/ml)(both,P0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the control group and CQCQD group(P0.05).The serum IL-10in ANP group(920.64±101.68pg/ml)was lower than that in CQCQD group(1177.84±201.72pg/ml,P0.05),and there was no significant difference between the ANP group and control group(1083.77±142.85pg/ml,P0.05).No statistical significance was obtained between the CQCQD group and control group(P0.05).The pathological score of pancreas in ANP group(6.20±1.65)was higher than that in the control group(1.00±1.11,P0.01),and CQCQD group(4.50±0.54,P0.05).The pathological score of pancreas in control group was lower than that in CQCQD group(P0.01).Conclusion The findings of the study indicate that CQCQD can reduce the ANP mice IL-6levels,elevated serum levels of IL-10levels,and reduce the damage of ANP mice pancreas.
