Application of entropy based grey relational model in project bid evaluation

The key of Chinese engineering cost reform is carrying out engineering quantity list valuation mode with reasonable low price as the core.According to that,and based on comprehensive analysis of the evaluation process of the project and the main affecting factors,the evaluation index system fitting actual operation process is constructed,including 16 evaluation indexes belonging to 5types of attributes.During the construction of evaluation model,entropy evaluation method is used to determine the weight of indicators,which can reflect the objective conditions of known information and reduce the error and mistake due to human factors,and grey system theory is used to construct grey relational model,calculate the weighted correlation of various alternatives,compare the similarity between various options with the optimal scheme,and ultimately determine the merits and shortcomings of various options.An example demonstrates the detailed calculation process of the bid evaluation model.The calculation method is compared with other evaluation methods,and characteristics of the method is described.
