Abstract

Objective: Compare and analyze the clinical effect of the application of sufentanil remifentanil in anesthesia.Method: Select the patients undergoing elective mandibular fractures with open reduction surgery in the hospital.120 patients were randomly divided into the remifentanil group, the sufentanil group, sufentanil, remifentanil group, every group contains 40 cases.Conventional dispensing anesthesia, intraoperative administration of infusion: remifentanil group, remifentanil, plus 3μg /(kg ·min);sufentanil group,0.7μg /(kg·min),sufentanil;compound group,0.2μg /(kg·min) Shu fentanyl,0.4μg /(kg·min),remifentanil continuous infusion.postoperative pain level was observed. Results: The pain level of experimental groups show a significant difference. The sufentanil remifentanil group pain score was significantly lower than that of the first two groups. Conclusion: Sufentanil remifentanil demonstrates significant analgesic effect for anesthesia.
