Abstract
Objective To detect the expression of Survivin and analyze its relationship with Ki67 in hepatoma by tissue microarray(TMA).Methods Using TMA technique, the expression of Survivin and Ki67 in 76 cancer tissues, and 53 paraneoplastic were determined. Results Expression of Survivin was higher in cancer cells than in paraneoplastic tissue(χ2=129,P0.05),a positive correlation existed between Survivin and Ki67(r=0.969,P0.05).No correlativity was found between Survivin and histodifferentiation of the cancer(P0.05).Conclusion Survivin and Ki67 might be related with the occurrence and development of liver cell carcinoma, the detection of them is likely of reference value in assessment of the etiology and prognosis of the disease.
