Abstract
A new algorithm of solving block pentadiagonal systems is proposed,which is based on the special factorization of block pentadiagonal matrix.The algorithm includes selective parameter-matrices.Properly selected parameter-matrices make new algorithm higher in precision than the famous Thomas algorithm.
