Abstract

Objective:To find the distribution of TCM syndromes and main symptoms of each TCM syndrome of colorectal cancer. Methods:The data of 287 cases of colorectal cancer patients were obtained by prospective,cross-sectional study, and researched the distribution of TCM syndrome and main clinical symptoms of each one by Clustering and Factor analysis.Results:287 cases were classified into 5 TCM syndromes as following:Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Retention,Deficiency of Qi and Blood,Yin Deficiency Generating Internal Heat,Agglomeration of Dampness and Heat and Obstruction of Blood Stasis.Furthermore, the main clinical symptoms of above-mentioned TCM syndromes were induced by Factor analysis. Conclusion:By group investigation combinding mathematical statistics,it can standard to research on TCM syndrome of colorectal cancer.
