Abstract
In order to screen a new fenpropathrin-degrading bacterium, enrichment culture and spectrophotometric method were used to isolate it from a waste water outlet of a insecticide factory, and its degradation characteristics were studied. Results:A high-effective bacterium gy4 was isolated and screened. The optimal pH and temperature for the degradation were 7.0and 30℃,respectively while the maximum tolerated concentration and degradation rate was 600mg/L and 98%respectively.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
