Abstract
Promoting the theory construction of Learning Party Organizations in college is the necessary requirement of the scientific party construction in the new era.The colleges should make full use of the intellectual advantages to shoulder the responsibility of the modern party construction through learning,and promoting the college development through party construction.We should spare no efforts to promote the theory construction of Learning Party Organizations from the following two aspects:one is the promotion of the soft power;another is the strengthening of the hard power.
