Abstract
Modern market economy is the “mixed economy”of the commodity economy and non-commodity economy.As a kind ofnew economic relation,non-commodity economy is different from the commodity and natural economy.We should set up non-commod-ity economy theory so as to announce the laws of the modern society development.
