Abstract

Deng Xiaoping's new socialist conception breaks and developes marxism's socialist theory,fills the blank of marxism that how we should build socialism in developing countries and developes the socialism into modern one.The new socialist conception starts a new vision to understand socialism and makes people have a new understand.It is very important for Deng Xiaoping's new socialist conception to guide socialist practice.
