Abstract
Based on the current status analysis,the measures to strengthen construction and management of teaching materials at colleges and universities are proposed.(1) Establishing the leadership of teaching materials construction.(2) Integration between teaching materials and disciplines construction.(3) Integration between teaching materials writing and modern production practice.(4) Building the departments of publishing,and concerning functions,and the new mechanism of teaching materials construction at colleges and universities.(5) Perfecting the regulations to use teaching materials and ensuring the excellent teaching materials adopted in class.(6) Perfecting the system of quality certification for teaching materials.At last,the development trend of teaching materials construction at colleges and universities is discussed.
