Abstract

Since the 1980s the rural cooperative organization have been established with certain effect.But the insufficient supply is still a major problem restricting the increase of peasant income.The paper finds it important to strengthen the laws concerned as soon as possible to support the building of more cooperative organizations,promote its diversification and handle the relationship between governmental support and peasant,etc.
