Abstract

To evaluate the value of magnification mammography in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 50 cases with breast cancer proved by surgical and pathological processess were included in the project. Their apperences on magnification maimmography and conventional mammography were retrospectly analyzed and capacities of differently showing breast lesions with two methods were comjiared. Results Magnification mawmmography is sinpenor to conventional maiu-mography in showing signs of spieulation, lobulation and calcification of lesions. Indirect signs can be more clealy showed on magnification mammography than on conventional mammography Conclusion The diagnostic confidence and aeeruracy rate of hreast carcinoma were increased obviously with additional magnified molybd-target radiolograpy.
