Abstract

A 49-year-old female presented with subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma is reported. The patient had nodules and tumors on her extremities and trunk for one year. Tumors on the left leg had ulcerated for over two months and the patient had low fever, hypodynamia and anemia for nearly 2 months. Histopathologic examination showed the diffuse infiltration of atypical lymphocytes in subcutaneous tissue with local lipid necrosis and hemophagocytic phenomenon. Immunohistologic examination showed CD3(+), CD43(+), CD56(+), CD68(+), CD30(-), CD20(-).
