Exploration on syndrome differentiation of TCM in medium and advanced lung cancer patients

Objective:To explore syndrome differentiation of TCM in medium and advanced lung cancer patients.Methods:Totally 70 patients with medium and advanced lung cancer were selected to receive analysis of related clinical information and were classified into syndrome differentiation of TCM.Results:Syndromes were complicated in medium and advanced lung cancer patients.There were less single syndromes and more compound syndromes.Moreover bisyndrome and trisyndrome were the main syndromes.In a trend,qi-deficiency,xue-Deficiency,phlegm and blood-stasis were common single syndromes.The syndrome frequencies were almost the same in different pathological types and different clinical stages.Conclusion:Syndromes were complicated in medium and advanced lung cancer patients.In a trend,qi-deficiency,xue-Deficiency,phlegm and blood-stasis were common single syndromes.The study showed that the way of differentiating single syndrome and composing the different single syndromes of compound syndromes may be helpful to researches on syndrome differentiation of TCM in medium and advanced lung cancer patients.
