Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Dermlin in wound nursing of diabetic foot ulcer. Methods: 80 patients of diabetic foot ulcer was allocated into alternate groups randomly, treated group (48), control group (32). After cleaning the wounds, Dermlin was sprinkled on the wound surface in treated group, and in control group, the wounds were covered with sterilized vaseline gauze or wound dressing directly. Healing state and time of ulcers were recorded. Results: In treated group, significant efficiency is 39.59%(19/48), improvement rate is 52.08% (25/48), and total efficiency is 91.67%. In control group, significant efficiency is 25% (8/32), improve- ment rate is 46.88% (15/32), and total efficiency is 71.88%. The difference of efficiency in two groups is signifi- cant, and the healing time in treated group is significantly shorter than control group. Conclusion: Dermlin can improve the healing rate; shorten the healing time of diabetic foot ulcer significantly.
