Theoretical Discussion on Classification of Law Departments

The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress presently puts forward the classification of law related to constitution law,civil and commercial law,administrative law,economic law,social law,criminal law,lawsuit and non lawsuit procedure law.The classification of law department should be studied further in theory.The sole criteria of law departments classification is regulating objects of law,that social relations regulated by law.The social relations mainly include relations among equal subjects,administrative relations,legal and non-legal procedure relations in modern country.Basic law departments consist of political law,administrative law,civil and commercial law,procedural law.
