LEEP COMBINED WITH AOPING INTERFERON SUPPOSITORY TREATMENT OF CERVICAL EROSION

Abstract

Objective To investigate the efficacy and complications of LEEP combined with Aoping interferon Suppository treatment of cervical erosion.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,control groups operated for LEEP in the seventh days after menstrual clean,the treatment group therapy based on preoperative suppository added after antiviral therapy,clinical efficacy were observed after the operation.Results Compared with the control group,observation group with suppository antiviral therapy can significantly shorten the healing time (p0.001),vaginal fluid duration (p0.001); operation site scab off time (p0.02); increase in the first 12 weeks of wound cure rate (p0.05),reduction of complications (p0.05).Conclusion LEEP combined with interferon can significantly reduce postoperative recovery time,this method should be applied in clinical practice.
