Abstract
Based on the flood characteristics of river sections with multiple tributaries inflow in mountainous area,the real-time flood forecast software system and real-time rainfall database technology are applied to establish a flood process forecast system on the river sections affected obviously by multiple tributaries inflow in the mountainous area.Modeling principles,modeling method and points for attention are analyzed and discussed in the study.The model has the functions of man-machine dialogue and real-time check,increasing the accuracy of flood forecast on the river sections with multiple tributaries inflow,and its trial application is conducted for the flood forecast in the rivers of mountainous areas.
