Abstract
The activities of POD and SOD in the cotton plants inoculated with entophytic bacteriun 73a at 4 leaf stage were higher than those of control (no inoculation) which was induced by entophytic bacteria 73a.The results of challenging inoculation(first entophytic bacterium 73a inoculated, then Verticillium dahliae kleb inoculated)indicated that:①the activities of POD and SOD were raised;②the activities of POD and SOD in cotton plants inoculated with defoliating type Verticillium dahliae were higher than those inoculated with non defoliating type Verticillium dahliae ;③activities of POD and SOD in resistant cultivarChangkangmianwere higher than those in susceptible cultivarSimian 3.
