Abstract
Trace Cd in Ca nourishment and Zn nourishment was determined by Zeeman effect-graphite furnace atomic absorption method.The effects of temperature raising procedure of graphite furnace and the matrix modifier on the determination were studied. The results show that the application of Zeeman background absorption method and the use of 5 μL 1.0 g/L nitric acid palladium liquid as matrix modifier can improve the stability of Cd to temperatures and the analytical sensitivity. By using the standard curve method of measuring Cd,it can obtain 96% of the average rate of recovery in the labeling test.
