Lenin's Withdraw Thought and New Economy Policy

Abstract

New Economy Policy is a famous try of Lenin in the road of building socialism.Lenin adopted policy of withdraw in the terms of the national situation and the demand of the multiple farmers in that special times.So New Economy Policy and Lenin's withdraw thought are in close relations.The former is the result of the latter.Moreover,New Economy Policy explains that Lenin's knowledge about socialism deepened.
