Ponderation upon Some Antinomies Processing on Database Contruction of Urban Topographic Maps

Database construction of urban topographic map is one of important tasks in urban surveying and mapping departments. In this paper, the history of database contruction is reviewed and four antinomies and corresponding solutions are analysed. The four antinomies includes supply and demand antinomy,production and management antinomy,antinomy among different work procedures,quality and efficiency antinomy.
