Abstract
urban forest is an indispensable component of urban ecological environment.There exist policy makers'insufficient information of cost and benefit, and high expenditure of establishment and management of forest.The current problems faced with in urban ecological environment is analyzed and the benefits of urban forest are addressed, and therefore, new opinions of management and development of urban forest under different management methods and policy are put forth to study the cost-benefit variation.
