Abstract
In order to alleviate the contradiction between human and land, use land reasonably and provide scientific basis for subsidence land management planning, the reclamation potential evaluation of coal mining subsidence regions with high groundwater level was studied. The paper used the theory of fuzzy mathematics to make a comprehensive potential evaluation of arable reclamation, taking the mine with high groundwater level in plain areas as a case. The conclusion was that it was suitable to be reclaimed as arable land.
