Abstract
The extraction of total flavones from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi by three different methods is studied. The optimal extracting conditions are as follows: the powder of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi is steeped 3 times with 10 folds 50% of the ethanol for 24h, precipitation of flavones is at pH 0.5 and 40℃. Compared with original process, the method is stable, the average yield of flavones is 7.68%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
