Application of AHP in Risk Assessment for Project and Countermeasures for Risk

Abstract

In the management of recent construction projects with great risk,it is necessary to evaluate and prevent the risk accurately and scientifically. The ideal risk evaluation for a project not only needs to have a close theoretical foundation,but also needs to fully consider the practical experiences.The AHP method is simple,useful and accurate,and suitable for the risk evaluation of projects.At last,the relative countermeasures for the risk are put forward according to the actual projects.
