Abstract
The conceptual framework of financial accounting is the core content of financial accounting theory research. The international accounting standards board and the western countries(represented by America) have established their own conceptual framework of financial accounting standard, including the basic concept involved in setting the accounting standards. This paper takes the financial accounting conceptual frameworks between China and America as the starting point, and compares the US financial accounting conceptual framework and China'sBasic Standards-Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises, to find out deficiencies in Sino framework, and thus puts forward some relevant suggestions, laying the groundwork for the further construction of a suitable financial accounting framework under China's economic environment.
