Abstract

Abstrcat The difference on artistic design between modern Chinese characters and the traditional art characters are firstly showed in the connotation of formal beauty. As a modern art design of Chinese character with both traditional and innovative features, its formal beauty, which is made clear basically in three aspects: structure, composition and space-time, is far beyond the category of the traditional art characters.
