Abstract

Objective To study clinic features and regularity of anaphylactic shock induced by lopromide injection,to provide reference for rational use of drug.Methods 30 cases ADR of lopromide injection are collected and analyzed statistically from CNKI articles in 1995～2009.Conclusion The duration of anaphylactic shock with lopromide injection is short and death rate is very high,and should be highly emphasized by clinicians.
