Abstract
Susceptivity of response of anther culture dwarfing wheat to gibberellin acid(GA_3) were studied by treatment of different concentration of gibberellin acid.We compared the length of coleoptile and the first leaf of wheat under different treatments. The results showed that dwarfing gene in anther culture dwarfing wheat insensitively react to gibberellin acid.Activety of α-amylase declined in the breed which insensitively react to gibberellin acid.
