Abstract
This paper summarizes the experience of network design, construction and debugging experiences in smart substation.Combining with several key problems such as reliability, capability, economy and function,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the bus, ring and star networks as well as the combination mode of the station level network, process level GOOSE network and process SV network, and the application conditions of these models are enumerated. The general principles of network design are concluded in the aspects of network load and functional requirements, and the reasonable network for each voltage grade is presented based on the network load. Finally, the future network design of smart substation is presented by combining with the development of smart devices.
