Abstract
The tests on pressure leaching of marmatite have been conducted below the melting point of sulfur. The factors of leaching temperature, time, granularity, oxygen partial pressure and sulfuric acid concentration are studied in detail on the leaching rates of zinc and iron. The results show that the zinc leaching rate can reach 96% and the concentrate of iron in solution is below 2g/L after 3 hours under the condition of 115℃, 500kPa oxygen pressure.
