Laparoscopic Liver Cyst Fenestration Treatment of 60 Cases

Objective:To evaluate laparoscopic surgery for congenital liver cyst results.Methods:Systematic review methods in our hospital between 2004 and 2008 60 case of Laparoscopic treatment of hepatic cyst surgery and clinical effects of surgicaltreatment.Results: 58 case operation was completed laparoscopically and 2 were converted to laparotomy,the median operative time was 50 min.All the patients without severe complications,59 case were cured,one case of recurrence.Conclusion: Laparoscopic fenestration of liver cysts is effective,with less trauma and quicker recovery,etc,as long as adequate preparation,intraoperative skilled operation,is the treatment of congenital liver Cysts reasonable and effective way.
