Study on schemes of case teaching based on personnel training

Abstract

Based on operations research teaching practices,discussed the case teaching as an teaching method in teaching process under guidance of the basic theory of course. Proposed some measures of teaching reform such as selecting appropriate cases,establishing a case set,using a variety of teaching methods with modern teaching means.Improving teachers′ own quality though strengthening the construction of teachers team and forming scientific evaluation mechanism by establishing diversified evaluation system.The teaching practice showed that case teaching help to improve teaching level and students′ comprehensive accomplishment.
