Abstract

This paper,in order to make an intensive study of value co-creation,bases on the original service-dominant logic and expands it. And then,the firm and customer's new role in the value co-creation process is analyzed,and the creation process of value-in-use of customer is also explored. Finally,it proposes a value co-creation conceptual model.
