Abstract
[Objective]To establish an animal model of pulmonary edema in rats in order to serve the study on mechanisms and treatment of pulmonary edema.[Methods]The white rats were randomly divided into control and ammonium chloride groups.The pulmonary edema was established by injecting oleic acid 0.2 ml/kg into the tail vein.The rats condition,pulmonary ratio and pathologic section were observed to identify the pulmonary edema model.[Result]The ammonium chloride could induce acute pulmonary edema and had its own character.[Conclusion]The model of the pulmonary edema induced by ammonium chloride is ideal.The symptom is obvious,and the animal model is feasible and economic.
