Abstract
Herbicide Acetochlor + Bensulfuron-methyl 23WP was applied in transplanted rice field to test its effectiveness in controlling weeds. The result of the test showed that Acetochlor + Bensulfuron-methyl 23WP at a rate of 300~450 g/ha applied to the transplanted rice field had a better control of Echinochloa crusgalli (Linn.) Beauv. (barnyardgrass), broad leaf weeds and sedge weeds and that it was safe to rice.
