On Equipment Bidding Management in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

Purchasing equipment in colleges and universities is a systematic project which involves policy and technological knowledge.The paper discusses and sums up the bidding process,that is,preparation of bidding documents,examination of manufacturers' qualification,selection of methods of bidding evaluation,roles of evaluation specialists and users,signing of contracts,checking and accepting of equipment.Finally,reasonable suggestions are given to improving bidding management and regulating the purchase.
