Abstract

Objective: To investigate the separated identification and distribution of medical institutions′ disinfection monitor sample Horse-Rhodococcus rhodococcus.Methods:Cultivate samples of conventional monitoring within 72 hrs of the colony produce pigment after hours of pure,then processes biochemical identification.Results:The main points of Horse-Rhodococcus rhodococcus Identification are non ferment any suger alcohols,CAMP andcatalase-positive,H2S and power negative,the mucus-like colony,produce pigment and glow slowly.Conclusion:The cell-mediated immune damage patients′ wards should be related with the disinfection monitor.Detected items must be included Horse-Rhodococcus rhodococcus.just master the biological characteristics of bacteria,then it is not difficult about the separated identification.
